Return Policy

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. All products on our website are guaranteed to perform as advertised. We want all of our customers to be fully satisfied with the quality, functionality and operation of every product we sell.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, call us at 229-377-6240, we will be glad to discuss your options to return for refund, exchange the product or fix/replace warranty items

Classic Consoles supplies suggestions for consoles that typically fit in specified vehicles. If interiors have been altered or are not to factory specs the custom built console may not fit. For example, but not limited to, foam removed from interior or new seats installed. Please carefully review product dimensions and determine if product will work for your vehicle.

All Returns, whether for warranty, refund or exchange must have a Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain an RA number please contact Classic Consoles by phone, 229-377-6240 or email, [email protected].

Purchases from a Classic Consoles Distributor

Important – If you purchased a console through an authorized Classic Consoles distributor you must contact that distributor for instructions on receiving a refund, getting an exchange or initiating warranty claims. Classic Consoles cannot authorize or accept direct product returns that were initially purchased through a distributor. All products received by Classic Consoles without an RA number will be returned to the sender.

Refunds

You may return any product purchased for a full refund with the following conditions.

  • Product was purchased at ClassicConsoles.com OR by phone order directly from Classic Consoles.
  • Product is returned within 30 days of delivery, with a five day grace period against the date on the packing list and/or invoice receipt (whichever is greater).
  • Product is in new condition and in the original packaging.
  • An RA number is issued and recorded on the returning box and paperwork
  • A copy of the original purchase receipt is included with the returning product.
  • Refunds do not include the original shipping fee or shipping fees for returning the product.

Exchange

If you received the wrong product or the product you received does not fit or look as advertised please do not open the package and contact Classic Consoles as soon as possible. We will issue a Call-Tag to retrieve the product that was shipped in error AND we’ll immediately ship the correct item.

Warranty

The consoles we build are easy to install, virtually maintenance-free, and are made of top-quality components that will provide many years of enjoyment. That’s why we are happy to provide a one-year warranty on every console that leaves our facility. In the unlikely event that you discover a manufacturing defect, contact us directly, and we’ll be happy to fix or replace the defective part. 

Warranty Details
  • Warranty covers replacement or repair of the product or parts found to be defective.
  • One-year limited warranty to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects.
  • An RA number is issued and recorded on the returning box and paperwork
  • A copy of the original purchase receipt is included with the returning product.
  • Shipping fees not included.
Conditions Voiding Warranty
  • Damage from razor, knife or scissors when opening the original package.
  • Damage from improper installation and/or poor maintenance.
  • Altered or misused in any manner inconsistent with the intended use
  • Subjected to severe conditions, such as but not limited to toxic acidic materials.
